A heartfelt thank you to Aine Crudden for applying for the Tesco grant on behalf of the Friends of St. Mary’s group. Thanks to this successful application, funds were secured to purchase new playground equipment, which all pupils have been delighted to enjoy.
The pupils had the opportunity to play with the new equipment at the start of our Wellbeing Week, and it has been a fantastic addition. Everyone has thoroughly enjoyed Mindful Monday, Thoughtful Tuesday, Workout Wednesday and Feel Good Friday, with the week finishing on a high with a school disco.
We were also delighted to welcome Ann McKenny, who joined us for a photo in her capacity as the new Chairperson of the Friends of St. Mary’s, alongside some of the new purchases.
