RNLI Workshop with Peter

13th May 2026

Today, the children took part in an engaging and informative workshop led by Peter from the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution). They learned about the important work the RNLI does to keep people safe at the coast, including how lifeboats operate and how volunteers respond to emergencies.

Peter shared practical water safety advice, helping the children understand how to stay safe near water and what to do if they or someone else gets into difficulty. The session was interactive and age-appropriate, with plenty of opportunities for questions and participation.

It was a fantastic experience that reinforced the importance of safety, teamwork, and helping others.
