Congratulations to our P7 Playground Pal Legacy Volunteers!
They have taken on several fantastic projects to improve our school playground. Pupils designed and created a toy car road area for our Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 children, using recycled materials.
They also gave a wonderful spring clean to the outdoor mud kitchen, reorganising all the resources, and refreshed our outdoor playhouse, leaving it even more inviting for others to enjoy.
Finally, they harvested fresh scallions, lettuce, and strawberries planted earlier in the year by our Eco-Council, and carefully weeded the planting boxes. They washed, chopped, and prepared the fresh produce for a special P5/6/7 treat in the sunshine, as part of an outdoor campfire feast organised by Mrs Mulligan and Mrs McDonnell.
Thank you, P7, for leaving our playground a better place for everyone!
